Mr. Richard Navy, PLS Principal Surveyor, has over 43 years experience in the Land Surveying profession and been a resident of Mecklenburg County his entire life. He has successfully managed several Land Surveying firms in the Charlotte area. Principle areas of practice include boundary, topographic, as-built. sanitary sewer as-built and route surveys, Flood Plain mapping, and ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys as well as construction staking and route location surveys. Mr. Navy’s expertise is in GPS data collection, robotic surveys, and aerial mapping and analysis utilizing Leica Surveying equipment. Mr. Navy provides supervision of field crews, quality control/quality assurance, equipment calibration, and final mapping.
