Mr. Gilbert has over 39 years experience in Civil Engineering, with substantial time spent in both public and private sector work.  He has a background in civil design of streets, roadways, storm drainage, parking lots, and other municipal facilities, as well as layout and site design of commercial, industrial and residential subdivision projects.  He is well versed in public water and sewer system design and operations, including sewer pump stations.  His responsibilities have included preparation of construction plans, project specifications and bid documents, cost estimates, agency coordination, permit preparation, contract administration, construction management, client coordination and administrative duties.
